I think you can try to contact him via that email address or you can write a letter to the Polish Film Institute, though I´m not sure he will answer. I swear I will dig around and try to find something more reliable.

Hello, many of you have been asking if this twitter account ( https://twitter.com/JakubGierszal ) is really Kuba. From what I know and what I have seen, this is NOT his real twitter. He said he doesn´t have one.
